1. If the spindle fails to operate normally, first check the error code displayed on the LED display of the frequency converter (refer to the error code item in the frequency converter manual).

2. One of the three shafts is not active. At this time, check whether the corresponding drive block of the corresponding shaft is damaged. The replacement method can be used for inspection. The aviation plug corresponding to the fixed shaft can be unplugged and inserted on the drive corresponding to the other active shaft.

3. If the immovable shaft moves normally after the exchange, the corresponding drive block of the shaft is damaged, and the drive block needs to be replaced. If the immovable shaft still fails, the cable or motor is faulty. Replace the cable or motor. The three-axis cannot move. At this time, check whether the three-axis aviation plug is connected to the control box, whether the power supply of the control box is turned on, and whether the data line is connected to the control card in the control box and the computer host. If all the above are normal, please contact the manufacturer of engraving machine.
